I build digital systems for businesses and develop their digital identity and presence through AI-powered systems and solutions: websites and stores, the tools that run behind them, and the channels that bring people in.

I work as an individual, not an agency. The person you talk to is the person who builds your system. I'm based in Lahore, Pakistan and work with clients internationally.

From online stores to AI systems

E-commerce

It started with online stores

I've spent about five years in e-commerce, digital marketing and business operations. I started where a lot of people do: building stores and learning, one launch at a time, what actually makes someone trust a brand enough to buy.

Operations

Then I saw what happens behind the store

A storefront is only part of a business. Orders, stock, customer messages and reports were where most of the time went, and where most of the mistakes happened. That's where I started paying attention.

Systems

So I started thinking in systems

Instead of fixing one page or one task at a time, I began looking at how the website, the tools and the people fit together, and what should simply happen on its own.

Automation

Then I automated the repetitive parts

I connected tools so work could move without copy-and-paste: orders, follow-ups, content, reports. The teams I worked with got hours back for customers and decisions.

AI is the next step of the same work

Not a sudden pivot. AI lets me take the same problem-solving further: drafting content in a brand's voice, answering routine questions, turning messy data into something useful. I use it where it genuinely helps, and I keep a person in the loop where it matters.
